horizontal scrolling news

Hello - I have a website in the addresses is http://www.stationonline.org/ I want to add a window running inside news, like in the screenshot here:

Is it possible to add such a window by a plugin?

 

Marquee is the best way, only you need to call the news in loop..

 

I am not sure if there is any plugin to do that. But like ashishkg said you can make it work using Marquee.
