What have you guys found to be a solid ratio of hops per sale? I know it probably depends on the niche and product but I am looking for a general benchmark you guys look for. Thanks.
Everyone give you a general rule of thumb that you should be getting at least one sale per 100 hops, however if you read some sales pages they give you an idea at what ratio some affiliates are converting at.
It depends on the product - some products you could only expect a 1 in 100 conversion, some 1 in 10 if you promote them right.
wow i am thinking of entering the affiliate marketing and i know nothing about it.. thanks for the general rule update...
moreniche related 4 1 product: 10 articles= 3500 ezine views 550 ct's = shite conversions 260 hops = shite conversions = 50% bounce rate 0 = 0 sales. Currently going thru a off pissed off patch.
