hopping

Is a "hop" simply when somebody clicks on your aff link, and can I make my own hops if I do this by accident? Thanks.

 

Yes.. a hop is when someone clicks your affiliate link.

You can make your own hops if you click them. But it doesn't matter.. you get paid per sale, not by how many hops you make.

 

i thought that:
the reason i asked, is when i click my own link, im not seeing hops in my stats.
