    I wrote the admin 2 times in 10 days no reply I had a issue needing to be resolved any idea how to directly contact them?

    You've already made several posts about your red rep. They are not going to remove it, and you'll just get more red by starting a bunch of threads about it. The red will go away if you follow the forum rules and make helpful posts.
