Hop Data Delayed.. One Order Form Submit count But no Sales Column Updated.

My sales have been normal (actually even better than I expected) but no data is showing up in my graphs. Shows I have no hops but I am getting transactions daily. Weird... wish they would fix it.

 

Don't know if anyone noticed or mentioned this, but looks like the payment page changed a LOT.

The PayPal button also isn't working for me, so that might explain why the drop in PayPal sales.

Every time they make one of their "Enhancements", this happens. I've learned to lower my expenses whenever they announce an "Upcoming Maintenance" which will not affect sales.

I started promoting a new product at about the same time so it is very frustrating to not see any data for my new campaign. I wonder how long this will continue? In the meantime I just have to keep promoting and I guess I will get some stats eventually.

Again, there are no reported tracking issues with our system. I can confirm that first hand as I spoke with our IT department. We also have not received any similar inquires in that regard.



If it seems your sales are taking a dive and not recovering it’s a good sign to alter or change your affiliate marketing strategies.

My sales have been down the past two days. But today they seem to be picking up. I'll just wait and see what happens.

 

This seems to have (finally) been repaired.

Hop data from the last week is now accurate again, but no additional sales added from this period (as expected).

 

For the last 2 days, I have seen not even a single hop. Its the same for all 4 of my major accounts. I got sales at my vendor accounts but no affiliate sales and absolutely nothing in the analytics charts.

This is what my analytics show up: (Never seen this for a long while now)

I emailed Clickbank about the problem and here's the response I received.

Well my sales have been crap for the last 5 days...like my EPC is down by more than 50%. Not sure whether this is my issue or CB's, but I'll give it a couple more days and hope things turn around.

For one Clickbank product I am promoting it shows that it's no hop count tracking for that product, but for the same product for the order form impression count it shows 3.

Here is something I read someone else mentioning almost the same issue. That is what someone wrote on a different forum about the same issue with no hop counts for the product, but in my case it's no hop counts (0) for the product stats but only the order form impression count shows (3) being tracked.

I do not understand how it's showing 3 order form impression counts and 0 hop counts for the product. This is the first time I noticed this happening.

What is the issue here? Has this happened to you all before? Also do I need to contact Clickbank?

 

That means the hop came from the cookie...probably the customer visited your hoplink a day before and don't buy anything...but came back after a day or two by typing the vendor website address directly...but still your cookies are preserved in his PC...hope this explains your question
