Hop Data Delayed.. One Order Form Submit count But no Sales Column Updated.

Yesterday, 16.3.10 my hop count was 49 and order form submit count is 1. But in my sales column no updation of earnings. Does anyne stealed my earnings.

 

I have the same but there are valid reasons this could be the case. However, at the moment I am going to wait until the hop data is back on track. However, I have had order form submits before with no sale so am not banking on it!

No, you probably did no make the sale. Sometimes the credit card is rejected for one or two reasons. or someone just was playing around with his mouse. Its not a crime or a "Call The Police Case" you know! They will not get lucked up if they click on the submit button without entering any information.

Sales usually update after 2 to 5 minutes they are made.

Certainly builds confidence in clickbank.

LOL, only 5 days late with that announcement...

 

CB needs time to update all data. We have contacted them to ask why because some data is un-normal.

 

Well my sales appear to be down (significantly) over the past 2 days.

Of course, CB will never admit any fault and I'll never see those lost commissions...ugh, you would think they could have fixed the issues by now, seeing as they started A WEEK AGO

 

I sure hope sales don't get "lost..." because of the outage...Seeing that message today really ticked me off...for 5 days I was scrambling because I was suddenly getting ZERO play...Now, 5 DAYS LATER, they announce an outage...Any updates, guys? Should I pause my Adwords campaign or is Clickbank reliable in registering the sales in their downtime?

Yep, mine too, but since the 13th. Now while it could be said that it's just the normal swing of things, I've months of sales data, with decent volume every day, to make me think it's more than just coincidence that sales drop at same time this "update" takes place.

 

my account shows 0 hops today... and also no sales... damn.. I am wondering is the sales recorded correctly when they are maintaining ?

 

I hate them so much..they make millions each day and now I start to ask myself: Are they doing this on purpose?

Having Same Issue last 31 hours I did not Get even a Hop Also what Is going On With CB Analytic Chart "Data incomplete since March 11" as well see data updated to 16 of March" Current Data Is March 18. I think CB Analytic Chart Is Under Construction So when it will Be ready ?

I think they should drop a mail to us that would be better, but they did Not Intimation anything to us

 

May be it's because yesterday they had more than 1,5 B Client Earnings Paid Out ?

But I think they're doing their best!
