    I am looking to sell my hookah reviews site, it's setup on wordpress using the Community Innovation theme from themeforrest. The site features built in SEO and many other plugins. Site ranks well on google and yahoo.

    1. The articles are 100% unique and written by myself. I would not mind being hired on as a writer if you wish once you purchase the site.

    2. Most of the traffic is from SEO and referrals from other sites/forums.

    What ownership information are you looking for? The site is registered with godaddy.com, I can push the domain to the buyer.
