As I said before I can't refund the money as we paid the datacenter for the server already and we bought a directadmin license.
There is a 7 day money back guarantee on SHARED hosting,not on dedicated hosting.
It's mentioned in the TOS which you agreed upon ordering.

What is the guaranteed ram on your VPSs ? I feel that your site is missing alot of important information!

 

The guaranteed ram is 512 for the 2 first packages and 1 gigabyte for the last package.
All packages are burstable up to 2 gigabyte.

Information missing ? Guaranteed ram? Burstable ram on the VPSs page ?

The game servers ? Wtf ? Were are they located ? How many slots can they host ? Are these normal gameservers like you order and play ? Or is it a game SERVER that you can create game servers yourself ? There is so much information that is missing overall on the site!

Share accounts ? You say up to 5 addon domains on the front page! But heck, you dont mention how many addon domains each account has when you look closer on the packages ?

Your reseller frontpage says Automated payments ? And thats it ? Whats that supose to mean ? Is your payments automated ? Or do you offer some kind of billing system ?

Seriosly, the site is missing so much crucial information that i dont doubt one second that you loose alot of possible new clients because they feel that they are not getting enough information to rely their site on it!

And whats going on with this Live Chat ? For 4-5 days now i have been visiting the homepage several times a day and the live chat is NEVER online!

I have added all the information and I contacted you on skype.

And we allow streaming but only on dedicated servers.

 

In my memory the Shared Hosting Server of WrzHost was totally overused and last year there were a horrible downtime of 3 Weeks within one month...

 

I agree,we had a lot of downtime when we were in the public datacenter due to bad security and attack filtering,but our servers have a great uptime now we have moved them to the new private datacenter,all the clients are satisfied with the speeds now.

the host is getting a downtime now? my sites are offline
buhh a lof of hours down,i'm moving to another host

 

We have had a lot of overloads the past few days on that server.
Most clients don't know that they overuse resources most of the time.
The server has been stabilized again and the clients have been suspended.
