ive just stumbled across this thread and i thought i should give my thoughts on this hosting as my sites been on it for over a month.

First of all can i say how good the support is! I've read bad things on WRZhost support and i couldn't believe it to be honest! Every bit of support i needed and was there for me in minutes rather than hours. The support seemed to drop everything and bend over backwards to help me and thats exactly what you expect from a quality host and this is certainly a quality host!

The prices on offer are excellent value and packages on offer suits everyone and i haven't hesitated passing on the url to anyone interested in quality hosting

i would seriously give WRZhost 10 out of 10

 

I have just had to cancel my account here after less than a month.

Whoever is behind the site seems not too badder guy although a little abrupt when responding to tickets.

The only problem I have with the host and its a major one really is the reliability, 99 hours of downtime is simply unacceptable and you can't try and pass the book which seems to be happening on the support forums at the moment.

Based on my experience I would say they are a terrible host and for anybody looking for budget host to avoid them like the plague.

well i never had any problems with this hosting company and i've been using it for awhile. Yah like any webhost u can expect some downtimes nuthing is 100% .

 

The reason it is slow because it is hosted in hongkong. But if your using a semi-dedi ,well atleast for me i normally dont need to be let down because its a good hosting when it comes to semi dedicated and dedicated servers.

I have been using wrzhost for over 3 months now and i could never be happier.

 

Then why do other sites hosted in Hong Kong load just as fast as ones in the US or UK?

 

'Some' downtime is fine but having my site down for 3 consecutive days and counting is poor.

 

are their services better than godaddy.com??
if it's better than i'll go with them as i need their warez support

why am i encountering the same problem,
as i did with the last hosting company??

i mean it may not be some big problem but the support i got from the previous company wasn't as good~
the problem is i'm uploading files to your server,

but there seems to be a limit to how many "files (e.g. .php / .html)" i have in a "folder"??
i have around 1k++ "files" in a "folder" which i wish to transfer to your server,

but after a certain file maybe 800++, i can't view the rest on the folder,
although the ftp client says that it's uploaded but i can't see it???

is there something i didn't set??
i've tried creating a NEW "folder" and uploaded the remaining files onto that "folder",

to test if the files were ok,
they're worked fine....

please advice,
or anyone that has this same problem kindly help~

Ya, it's working with the SSH Connection,

funny thing is why do i need SSH connection client to make it work...
this is a very funny case if you ask me,

i've tried SSH Connection with the previous hosting company and it worked....
i think the both of you guys use the same Apache software or something....

i guess i'll be using SSH connection,
btw, is SSH connection more reliable???

 

Hopeless hosting service, my site is down since last 24 hours and no response on calls, moving off

 

I received an email at 5:34 (4 minutes after your post) that it's up.
We have a sim that autoreboots the server when it goes down.
