    Where are located the servers in HongKong or the company is in HongKong? Do you have any dedicated servier like Celeron 1.7 with 512 MB, etc etc ?

    Our main office is in Belgium (Europe).
    We have our own staff in the datacenter in Hongkong.
    This is the company that manages the datacenter.

    And we don't have budget or older servers as we buy our own hardware and place it in our private rack. You can still buy your own server and ask for our co-location prices ;)
