legal porn is allowed yes
but we don't allow proxy hosting on shared or reseller as we only allow shared sites to use a maximum of 5%.
and we were advertised as warez hosting in the scene but that's probably because we have hongkong servers and the word was spreaded very fast because of our cheap servers and guaranteed uptime,i've banned users who were phishing or hosting warez files,we use a TOS and you must agree to that TOS upon ordering so you can't host warez files,linking to file upload sites is not illegal so you can do that.
Google indexes warez sites also for example.

I was looking at your game server plans.. they dont make sense at all..

for counter strike source.. it says "amxmod" is that just the default.. does the server work with mani? Price says $35 but when you go to order it says $40..

No tic rate is stated nor how many slots i get for the money? Very confusing.. please clear up for me.

 

tic rate is 100 but our gameservers are out of stock,we only accept 3 month preorders at the moment because our european gameservers are very costly and we don't oversell.
And you can ask us to install any plugin you want
