    Pripyat looks very nice and pretty quiet:
    google maps
    trees everywhere, no cars and from what i have heard you can even get all the rooms there for free (but without room service...).
    if youre a handyman, you can probably fix up one of this ships here and take a boat trip. if not, you can still take a ride on the the wheel and get a great view.
