    I would also set a file limit... Someone who wants to screw with you could easily make some 1gig image in PS and upload it to be resized just to bog down your server.

    I wrote many times, you need to equal the width with the bottom banner. I wonder, why am I the only one who sees this site for the third time? Are flooding or trying to boost the traffic.

    Not bad, but you should make your navigation buttons more readable, and maybe use a black background. It would certainly look better that way.
