homepage replaced with inner page after panda. what to do?

hello,

i had a website that it`s homepage was on the first page of google.

after panda update it went down to the 5th page and lately, to the 10th page but now google shows an inner page and not the homepage.

what should i do?

change only the homepage content? will deleting the website and start all over with new content will help? or should i wait and continue build links??

this site have about 150 pages....

all we need to rank in top 10 or top 5. if you are on top 10 and your inner pages are ranked well, then what is the problem? Google algo feels your inner page is better than your home page, thats it.

 

i wish i was in the top 10, but i`m in the 10th page which mean result number 100

It all depends upon for which you have generated backlinks. You have created high quality backlinks using proper anchor text, your website home page will be back.

 

Try to change the content on the main page. Add links on the inner pages to the main one.
