Homepage not showing?

I have a site that I had to make some major repairs to, but the thing is.. it won't allow me to have an index page, no matter if it's in html, php, or so forth. Is there some setting or some strange occurance that sometimes doesn't allow a homepage to not show? Or would this be a purely server hosting problem?

The homepage should be showing here: http://www.legionofsteel.org/

I just don't know what to do anymore, tried changing all the permission settings.. everything that's in my knowledge. Hmmm.

Well there has to be an index file of some sort, but it looks like it's requesting /vbseo.php and obviously that file is not found because:

    It doesn't exist
    It's not named correctly

OR you have a .htaccess file pointing to /vbseo.php. If you still can't resolve the issue, PM me and I can surely fix it for you.

Rock on man, can't believe I didn't see that lol. I'm so used to having htaccess all over the place on my sites and didn't even bother to think that was the issue. Thanks for the help. :D
