Homepage indexed twice?

    Google has indexed the exact same url twice, except one entry has a Google-generated title that sucks for SEO and the other has an SEO optimized title.

    What is going on here? How can I get google to delete the google generated title?

    If you have a Webmaster Tools account you can tell them which base URL to use. After 48 hours the mess should be cleaned up. If not make sure your canonical url is setup to redirect properly.
