Homepage Hijack

Here's a problem I've had for ages, but didn't bother fixing. I've done some searching, but I can't seem to find a fix that works.

I'm running Windows XP Pro Media Edition, fully updated, with IE7 in this case.

No matter what I set my homepage to, as soon as I click OK to accept the changes, it goes back to: http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?prd=ie&clcid=0x1009&pver=6.0&ar=home

Seems like a hijack to me, but why to MSN? I'm virus free as far as I know.

Green rep and unlimited thanks to the DPer that can help me figure this one out :D
