Hi all - This contest is for the design only (ready to be coded) for 2 pages (homepage) and (inner) 2 column style website. The business is Food and Beer (outdoor restaurant). Colors: Black or Black Gradient Background with Red Header Font and a White Typewriter style font for the body. Homepage should be clean and organized with the following areas designed: Header is just the logo - it is attached. Top portion where the header will be placed should have some shadow with light or reflection to be different from the background black, maybe even add some red at the top on the outline of the rectangle area or in the gradient. To the very right of the logo on the header place the following in text: San Antonio TX | 210.222.2222 | Navigation Bar should have the following 7 items Home About Menu Beer & Wine Events News Gallery & Video Contact Us Above the fold area will have a Slider - Showing off food. Place something in there for a place holder. A high resolution picture of food will work. Below the slider will have room for text - 300px X width of the website. Place an H1 in the top for the design contest with lorem ipsum text under it. H1 Should be 16-18 Font Nice Red Color and white text underneath for the body. The Footer should contain enough room for Social Media Buttons - and 5 Anchored Text Links across. The right side of the site will be the second column. Aligned with the top of the slider, Place the words "Hours" in the shape of an image (.png or.gif). For the actual hours part - Text no image so we can change it if need be! Monday- Friday 12-2 Saturdays 10-2 Sunday Closed Go down 100px and leave space between Hours and the next area. The next area will be 2 Advertising ads - 250X250 place about 50px of space between them. Allow the rest of the second column to expand if need be... Thats all for the home page Page two will be the Menu Page. Showcase a nice Menu - The menu layout for the webpage will come with the inner page. The inner page should allow us to use it for other pages so make the menu a layer so we can use it for others. Be creative with the MENU!!! Just list lorem ipsum in there and have room for a description of the dish below it and the price displayed on the very right.. Do not make it plain white - Add a cool background and cool font. Here's a preview of the Home. Comment on this and I'll work on the menu page. The menu is the most challenging part of this project. I've shorten the navigation bar's item and made it more relevant.
