Homeowner Forecloses on a Bank of America Branch

The Bank of America sent a foreclosure notice to a homeowner that didn't even have a mortgage with them. They all went to court, and the judge ruled in favor of the homeowner and ordered the Bank of America to pay all the legal fees. The bank was delinquent, ignoring letters and phone calls, so they legally foreclosed on their local Bank of America branch. Law enforcement came to enforce the foreclosure - padlocking the door, their attorney was present, and a moving truck was on hand to confiscate all of their property. After the bank manager was locked out of the bank for an hour, he decided to cut them a check. lol.

Haha...this is hilarious. That guy did a good job. I would like to pursue a bank like that too if it ever happened to me. That was a good article too.
