I have been learning to make wine and want to learn how to make Gluten-free beer...(Celiac disease)..anyone else here make their own brews at home?
I have successfully made cranberry/pomegranate wine, (my hubby's favourite), and I am looking for for various recipes to try out. I found a 17th century mead recipe that comes from a monastery in England that I am looking forward to trying, but am interested in any that anyone here may want to suggest. Anyone here got a favourite they would like to suggest for me to try?
