    as I said, this comes with no traffic stats, it also earns 20$/month with tla. For sale is the content, domain name and the tla monthly income. The content alone is worth more than 400$

    The content isn't worth a dime if after 5 years you weren't able to rank anything on Google - if you aren't getting any traffic to this website, then the content won't do anything special for me.
