    I'm thinking of selling the domain and the site as a package. Would a precreated site add value to the domain and is it a good idea or should I maybe look into just selling the domain?
    What value would you assess for the domain or the domain and the site together.

    Your site has nothing in it other then 2 adsense blocks. :(

    Your site here has no value at all that can be considered so taking the domain name alone. I think it is regfee domain name.

    I don't think that's quite fair to the site Nick. It has a quite fitting template that has been modified for it's purpose, and while there isn't much content just yet, there is some. I'm not saying it's a $xxx.xx site, but more than regfee.
