I uploaded a theme which I would like to tweak.its a video blog theme and its displaying all my recent posts in a magazine style.There is a small featured gallery section along with the theme,but i want to change that part and display adsense ads.i want to know how is it possible to edit the home page. i am confused as to which file i need to edit.is it home.php or index.php
