    It is easier explained if you were running a unix-based server, but it appears you are using IIS/asp. You will have to mess around with your IIS error pages. Not sure if you have access to those or not.

    the easiest way is not using asp or aspx. :p . php will give more and its hosting is cheap than the asp

    IIS Redirect
    In internet services manager, right click on the file or folder you wish to redirect
    Select the radio titled "a redirection to a URL".
    Enter the redirection page
    Check "The exact url entered above" and the "A permanent redirection for this resource"
    Click on 'Apply'
