I need you to design a home page of a new client website.

Summary:
This is an online membership for users to use for their business and their website that will help them manage getting orders and out sourcing to the right contractor/vendor to do the job.
Functions:
• Automatically update the system when an order comes in for each company or website
• Able to send to all contractors to bid OR send to a specific contractor to do the job • Able to pay the contractors once job is done
• If contractor did not do a proper job, can send a email to notify them to rework. Customer
can reject work or request for change
• Able to let contractor upload file and can preview from the site what the contractor has
uploaded
• Online membership, customer sign up and payment to Pay Pal straight
• Able to send invoice
• Able to have saved email and preset. Eg. When a new order comes, it will email to
person A
• Check the video for the rest of the requirement
• Site must be able to customizable to ALL business. Fields must be customizable

can the black blackground replace with shiny silver. can u design the top abit more, also do a simple logo for easy outsource.

Logo just the font but can change to a nicer more professional cool font? corporate feel

Note to thread OP: $25 is a very low price to have this designed, You are lucky that Sabtech decided to do the work for this price.
