hi, I expected to get some page ranks for my website pages which are internally linked with the Home Page of the same website. Home page has PR 3. I put dofollow attribute for those links from the Menu bar of Home page. I expected that the internal pages will get page ranks from the home url but it's not... Why ? What?
Because google does not update its PR toolbar. That's why it isn't visible to us even it is really updating.
Last PR update occurred in Feb, no one is sure when will the next PR update take place. The reason for low PR for inner pages might be that there has been no PR update after the you have created the links to inner pages and anyways just using DoFollow attribute won't help in passing the PR to the inner pages, you need to create quality content for your users too, try building links for your inner pages rather than your homepage itself, in this way your PR might be increase in the next update (if it happens)
From the news i heard, this year 2013 , there will be no PR update. Hence you have to wait another 2 months for PR update. Until then may build strong do-follow back-links for your all innner pages. Surely you will get good rank
