Home Page Not Updating

So, I can't seem to get my homepage to update. i've tried everything. I deleted cache, cleaned the wp cache plugin, turned it off, etc. No clue what happened. It just did it out of no where. Anyone care to help me please? Thanks.

PS: it's the one in the footer. There should be one more post infront of the first one that is there, well it's one post behind anyhow I guess is how I could phrease that.

 

Have you checked with your hosting provider?

 

what could they do? i think its with my blog or somethng i will though

 

I had an experience with my hosting provider that their servers ungraded which I was not aware...another time their line (I'm not sure about the technical details) was affected by the Japan earthquake. I co9uld surf and visit other sites but when i came to sites hosted with them the problem came.

 

I'm using host gator, they are talking to me now. What would you do to fix it though? They are just walking me though the obvous lol.

I wasn't selecting the correct category. I feel really stupid right now.
