I use blogger as of now.Whenever any one access blogger he will see the latest post made on the blogger.Is there some arrangement by which the visitor can only access only the home page of blogger everytime he opens the blog and not the latest post?I want home page to give some description about my blog so i want every visitor to come to my home page first.Is that possible?
