    Hi,

I've a blog which is 1 year old. Home page of this blog got de-indexed whereas all the other inner pages are indexed and continue to appear in search results driving good traffic to my blog.

Did any one experience this - Home page getting de-indexed. i dont find it in site:MyDomain.com. Also the home pages of other relatively new blogs (in the same blogger acount) also got de-indexed.

Did any body here face this problem before.

Try to submit the domain url on stumbleupon to get reindex.

Have you checked google's webmaster tools to see what's said about the site?

Look around your website if you have done something that hurts Google :)
Normally, it is temporal thing, you page will get indexed back if you do some good back linking for home page. For that you can go for DoFollow social bookmarking or networking sites, blogging is quite effective too.

Assuming you've many outbound links at your homepage, if so minimize number of links and try out to get backlinks from other sites to your homepage and organize your internal linking structure,

    Thanks everybody for your Inputs.

Every thing is fine in the Webmaster account. It says google bot has crawled the Homepage. No crawl errors either and my pages get indexed very fast also.
About 2000 urls are indexed in google.
It also shows there are 104 links to home page.

I also found that my home page is indexed and also shows in search engine reults when i use Caffeine Data center which went live recently but somehow in normal google search my home page doesnt come up.

May be I'll wait until Caffeine goes live at all Data centers after the holidays.

Do you have a Webmaster Tools account on Google? Check to see if your site has been hacked.

Probably Google dance, try to build more backlinks each day. If you aren't seeing your site re-index in 2 weeks,it's probably a sandbox.

Your site is Google De-Caffeinated. GBot spending more time on places like Twitter so it can quickly crawl someone's Tweet about farting.
