    you can use as many as 200 adchannels overall for all your sites

    You may use the entire 200 adchannels for a single site or 100 for your one site,It depends upon the needs....

    it will depend on the placement. for example, you might want one channel for top ads, one channel for sidebar ads, and one for in-post. But it's up to you.
