    Insurance blog/site with unique content - highly paid niche
    has good backlinks:

    Price is only: $100 (I've spent over $160 only on it's content!)
    Very highly paid niche - I see some clicks for $8. Site no so highly promoted but already receives some traffic from google and I've seen some good clicks on adsense.
