    I'm selling 4 years old, unique website about home imrpovement and interior. The website has PR1, DA 20 and PA 33. The website has over 1100 indexed pages in google and really top quality content. The traffic is about 1000 unique visitors with 3,406 unique visits and 6,688 pageviews monthly.
    The revenues are small, comming mostly from links and blogpost sales.
    The website has awstats and I can give you screenshot of the last year's traffic. It is really old and well established site with content and PR. Great start for your business and absolutely legal for adsense.
