I have decided to sell most of my site to focus on something else I found.

First one is "home energy, wind eneregy, solar energy" ebook site. it is a click bank product and gets roughly 200 SEO visitors per month.

When I started, I did some content network and i was making sale everyday and it was profitable. I will give complete google adword editor file that you can import and just run it if you want. Since then I never got time to work on it and now decided to sell all my site to focus on something else.

So far it made $300 on clickbank in one month and then I didn't do anything since then.

Value is in Highly converting sales letter, nice custom back end product. It has great potential to make good money.

Competition is doing very good on this niche.

Clickbank acct will show $309 as paycheck from one month. There is no other acitivity there. Nothing more to attach. What you see is what you get.

Why would I try Adsense? It doesn't make sense here.
It is clickbank product and affiliate markets it.

 

So I understand correctly. The site has been registered since February of this year.
The site gets 200 SEO visitors/month.
One month had $309 in affiliate commissions.

A few questions:

1. Do you have Google Analytics showing the traffic?
2. Are those 200 SEO visitors unique visitors?
3. How consistent is that traffic?
4. How long has the site been up?
5. If the traffic is consistent and there has only been one month with revenue, why do you think the conversions have dropped from 5% of the visitors to 0 (this is assuming a 75% payout on the product)

I appreciate your comments as I am trying to understand the numbers here.

$309 is from PPC cotent network
So assume no sale from traffic.
I will post traffic awstats if you want but it has nothing to do with site.
Let's put this way. You buying start up business with no revenue.
Question you have to ask yourself is Is it worth $3000? Check sales copy and you will see it
What will you do once you take over? Market and recruit more affiliate
Is there a market out there for this type of products? competition makes tons of money from this niche
Check clickbank and see our competition

Yet you say there was $309 for PPC content on 200 visitors (impressive). What happened to that traffic and why doesn't that revenue continue? I don't understand.

You refer to the sales copy and the idea of recruiting more affiliates. Are you saying that the buyer owns the products in addition to the website? In other words, this site is not operated an an affiliate promoter but rather as the product owner?

Do you have any conversion statistics for the ad copy? Are there other affiliates in the program who are selling this product?

Website with no revenue for $3000 - not very interesting regardless of how good the sales letter looks.
Website business with ownership of the products and the ability to take over any existing and future affiliates - might be interesting.

Can you describe the product (example: 200 page eBook - any videos with it?)

Also, do you own the product outright? In other words, this is not a PLR ebook, etc.

Guys - I've promoted this site and it's product several times, it's always converted just as well as earth4energy and any of the other top 5 "eco" products on the CB marketplace. I guess this thread's not really getting CB regulars, otherwise most of you would know the brand and product already - lol.
