His thread is prefixed "Buying", and the Content Creation section is not for exchanges. His site doesn't get traffic and has a DA of 12....so an exchange is going to be tough anyways.

Honestly, I'm not sure that there is a place for it. I think DP did away with free stuff/exchanges/cheap transactions a while back.
