This site is based around a popular theme. Home decorating and design.

This site contains 20 PLR Articles, all keyword rich and pertaining to
searched topics in the government grants niche.

This site has received very little traffic as I have done no promotion. This sale
assumes no traffic or income. However, you do get sole ownership
of the domain along with the website and all content. Your free to change it!

I will never sell this site or content again, the buyer will get full rights
to all content.

The domain name is registered at http://www.namecheap.com (will expire March 2008)
so it’s a free transfer. You will need a free namecheap.com account for
me to transfer the domain name to you.

Sorry Colbyt, I'm kind of tech dumb, but I'm learning. There is a file called articles in the pub.html that the template grabs them from. Does that help? Hope so!

Let me see if I can help There is a .html file for each article so if you want to add one you just make a .html file and upload it to the proper "folder" on your server and it automatically shows up where it's supposed to be (with the other articles)

 

Your design is against TOS, so for anyone buying this I suggest changing it.
It's against TOS to have four pictures like that above the AdSense...

 

God I really wish people would READ the postings.

Mysmasken, if the buyer wishes to remove the pictures they can do so. I have had these sites and others like them up for a while, and I've not been banned. As a matter of fact, I've gained PR.

Good for you, you can research. Why the angry face, don't like the offer, don't bid.

Here is why someone would want to bid. You get a domain with great keywords. You get PLR content that can easily be rewritten. And you get a site that has stickiness. If I were to make this site completely unique you can bet I wouldn't be selling it for a mere BIN of $75.

I have 3 other sites (different niches) with the same layout and template that I have spent time on (made unique by changing the content). They all rank at a PR 3, make me around $10 to $25 dollars a day, and they are only 2-4 months old. I won't be selling those!
