I am looking for somewhere online where you can look up how much property values are appreciating. I figure somewhere online has some sort of index or chart that you can look up how much your house has increased (or decreased) in value over the past few years, im thinking of buying a house and want a little information on how much i can expect it to appreciate in the next 5-7 years. any of you DP members know of a site that has this information?
