    I really cannot help here. As far as I know, no you cannot. But still you may try calling PayPal about it.

    Why do you want to change the name .Changing the phone number and address is acceptable .paypal will think that you have hacked an account.

    There shouldn't be any problems changing the address or telephone number. However, I don't believe that paypal will let you change the name, as (like I) they don't see any reason why someone would need to...
