    I was wondering if anyone knows how one can get a hold of celebrity photos for little or no money.

    Its easy job.
    What you should do to get it is go to the forum or fan site and there will have a lot of picture of the celebrity.
    You can just take the picture but for personal used only.

    You can find them on aol.com or simply find them on search engines.

    And if you plan to use it on a website or celebrity portal, I suggest you choose a specific niche or actor to get more better results.

    Just make sure you do not violate any copyright laws.
