    Would have the highest value since these keywords (PHP Framwords) are searched around 500 a month... so low XX to mid XX

    WebmasterArticle.com
    I think would have the highest value.. around low $xx , however the keyword is poorly searched.. around 91 a month (according to SEO Book's tool)

    Yes.. the site is okay, (It needs an actual layout design though!) and try to incorporate the keywords PHP Frameworks into your content (more than just the heading). Don't keyword stuff though
