Holiday Marketing

    It seems that a lot people get the 'bug' about holiday marketing way too late.

    Now is not the time to start developing something for Halloween - in fact, it's nearly too late for Christmas.

    Instead of kicking yourself when you realize those great ideas for making a killing on a holiday are a bit late, why not go ahead - but for next year?

    How valuable would it be if, when you start to see a holiday coming around and start getting those great ideas, you already had a site up, indexed, and possibly even ranking?

    Ok, so a year ahead may be much, but at least you don't forget about it until the same thing happens next year.

    I keep a calendar of 'events' - holidays, major sporting events (World Cup, Superbowl, etc.) and other events like presidential elections, so that I can get that all-important jumpstart should I want to try and market to those 'events'.

    Hi Mullman, its not to late for getting some sales in for Amazon on Halloween.

    You can still make sales on H. now and 20 days forward. Write articles with a redirect link to amazon of popolar H. products.


    Start building christmas blogs now, then they have 2 months to rise in the serps - before the big month.

    Better start now, than never start.
