    Hi all, the holidays are coming fast. I need to get my team to start working on holiday banners and other 4th qtr promos.

    Just curious... when do all of you start decorating your sites for Christmas? When do you want your merchants to have holiday creative uploaded and ready for you?

    1) Late October

    2) Early Nov

    3) Late Nov

    I vote for number two. It's hard, but I tell myself I have to wait until after Halloween before I start any Christmas stuff. ;)
