Holding a DP Banner Design Contest according a found Banner??

I found on the net a picture where Santa is holding a sign with several lines of text on it.

I really like the Santa and the lines of text on it too.

If I hold a contest here on DP with this pic as an example but with a different looking Santa and slightly modified text on it is this okay or not??

The pic needs to be a Santa holding a sign with several lines of text on it.

 

I don't think that should be a problem. The Santa can be a little different than the image on the pic and the text should also be different than what is used

 

But would it be a problem as I post is as an example??

 

I think you can use the image , but use it for inspiration or for reference , not for cloning it and editing few things in it
