Folks from San Diego are not popular around here, but they hold the most power, so we have to be careful what we say.

If you are not careful you could be banned at anytime.......welcome to DP, you will learn a lot and have a blast at the same time.

Sort of like going to Disneyland for free...

p.s. If anyone cares, Heather is only the best photographer I know, so since she's here, I switched my avatar to a picture she took of me... :D

What is the deal with the broadband in San Diego? Is it better than the current 4MB/1MB residential that I am experiencing? If so, maybe I will need to relocate the servers...

There is too much fiber in San Diego... I run a 6Mbit residential line ($99/month). You can also get T1s for as low as $150 with local loop included.

I think door number two. But, it is tough to beat a nice day sitting on the deck at Lahaina's with a pitcher, or two, of beer.

Buffalo gets more snow than Alaska, what is the difference?

They both get a hell of a lot of snow, do you want me to pinpoint which one gets an inch more for you?

Damm right, San Diego has the best low humidity weather in the ENTIRE country, HIWIRE included. :D

You will have to forgive me, I was born close to WestVirgini
