Hoe to download and save a video on Google video

I want to save this video http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-4194149040493092860&hl=en
on my pc for later watching. How can I ?

 

1. Save as google video format

2. Open with notepad

3. Text will come up, copy the link in there to your browser address bar

4. The download link for a .avi for the video will come up.
