I am currently re-designing a hockey blog and need a logo.

The blog is about the "Columbus Blue Jackets" and the logo should feature the team colors.

Looks good so far. Could you perhaps integrate a cannon and make the text a bit less cartoony?

I will be extending the contest another 24 hours as I am awaiting revisions from the post here, and a PM entry.

 

I literally tried everything with a cannon and there was no possible way of doing it without making it too busy. I did, however, change the text as you requested.
