I suggest that you get into writing. It's a really good way to express your emotions and get rid of stress. Now, you don't necessarily have to be a novelist or author. A writer and author are two different things. Anybody can write, but not everyone can publish their works. However, I believe that everyone should write.
I definitely like to write myself. Been writing since I was 16. Had the urge to write when i was frustrated, and realized that it's a good way to blow of some steam... Then I got poetic with it very relaxing.
