    I am a resident of Pakistan and I want to create a paypal account but Pakistan's name is not exists in the country's name, what should I do? there is any alternate?

    Better you go with other alternative payment processors such as Moneybookers,2CO,Alertpay etc. IMO.

    You can use alternatives. why don't you ask any of your friends living US or Uk to arrange an account for you. You can use it from Pakistan after getting it verified.

    you can only go for other online online payment processor as your country not supported by paypal
    you might consider moneybooker, alertpay or LR
