    Do you know if I can place affiliate links in paid newsletter subscriptions?

    Which one allows this?

    You can do that, you just need to use another form to replace your affiliate links.

    make sure you read the TOS from the affiliate to make sure they allow...and it doesn't hurt to ask you affiliate manager either.
