I am working on some link building and posted a comment on a Blogg.

When posting on a blog, how do i tell what ones give PR and which dont? Can somebody tell me in a simple manner so i can understand and exactly where and how to check it.

    Many thanks.

One of the easiest ways is to just search for blogs that say no nofollow.

View the page source. Search for nofollow if its not found then the links arent nofollow.

Sorry guys, hate to ask but being new, i dont understand fully. I right click on the brower bar (url info) and it merely says undo, copy, cut etc.

Still cant see if its no follow. I need really simple step by step (newbees can be dumb lol)

Reason im asking is that it is a PR8 blog on a specific keyword of mine, so would obviously be a great link. I dont just want to jump in and make a foolish comment or anything, i want to make a very informative post. The detail is quite complex so would take quite a while to do, just want to determine if its PR good, as i know traffic wise it wouldnt be.

Aw....I found out now. Viewed scource and di Control F, used term nofollow and nothing came up so i can assume that it is a DO follow. Think this is right.

    Cheers.

Download the SEO for Firefox addon - once enabled it will highlight all the nofollow links.
