A chargeback implied that the customer is calling up their bank directly to force a reverse of funds - Paypal cannot block these attempts and can only allow it to happen. In this case, it can be as long as 6 months from the date of purchase depending on the issuing bank. ~ Sirius Lin
Yes, that's right. Itdoesn't even matter what proof he might provide. That mean i can just call PayPal and tell them somebody hacked into my accout. Then my account will get a Resolution Centre upon, but i will be easily able to fix it up by completing RC requests, such as 'change your pssword', 'confirm address by calling us', etc. Now if i screw somebody like this, the receiver will have my address (this option is available once making spend, so ALWAYS ASK YOUR SENDER TO press a button 'include address' once makig a spend, then you will be able to sue him ) ! I aready facedthis problem, so i learnt. Good luck exchanging !

safest Solution is wait for 45 days for chargeback on funds. Check the payer's Rating and How old the account is... Communicate to his Paypal email ID only
After 6 months, a chargeback cannot be filed anymore. Keep in mind that if you use paypal as a seller, you are covered under the seller protection planned, if the person buying has a confirmed address, making you "eligible" under seller protection plan.
Its me, whom he scammed. Golden-Boy is just the shit to the internet community. He dare enough to say- "I am going to scam you, I'll not give your money". He should be f*** till death.
